Free Boiler Grant Newport — ECO4 Scheme Wales 2026
Newport residents may qualify for a completely free boiler replacement under the Government's ECO4 scheme. Newport has a significant number of older properties with inefficient heating systems that qualify for ECO4 funding.
Newport has a large stock of older terraced and semi-detached housing, particularly in areas like Alway, Bettws, Ringland, and Shaftesbury. Many of these properties have EPC ratings of D or below and are heated by ageing gas boilers.
Our approved installers cover all Newport postcodes including NP19 through NP20, serving areas such as Alway, Allt-yr-yn, Bettws, Caerleon, Duffryn, Gaer, Graig, Lliswerry, Malpas, Pillgwenlly, Ringland, Rogerstone, Shaftesbury, Stow Hill, and Tredegar Park.
